Message:

- There's a problem with the known address check used for reliable

messages on rat in that no unreliable messages are sent/received
first to add addresses to known address list. i.e. the first
messages are all reliable, so mbus aborts. Commented out abort
function in mbus_qmsg to have something that works
in cvs.
